Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The whole place should be leveled. The floorboards in this place are a joke. The Mgmt staff is unprofessional and turns over every quarter it seems like. Dont be fooled by the office area (which appears nice) if you are located anywhere other than the front you will not be happy. Termites and roaches are plentiful in this place.
