Thats exactly why you may see some 5 ratings. Having lived here for the last year, I cannot imagine anyone else rating this apartment at 5.0, walls through which you can hear the sneeze next door, water & vending machines that are out of service often, bad plumbing..the water main breaks once a month. Water bill is --------. At one time it was a fixed rate per unit, when that changed the water bills fluxuate when the water mains break. And the bugs are out of control. I cannot get the office to do anything about the roaches. Absolutly disgusting. The pool is often less than warm, I understand that this is AZ and it gets hot but that pool is an ice bath.... I could go on, but in a nutshell - my lease is up at the end of the month and I have already moved into my new apt...SEE YA SUCKERS!!!
