Pros: location, friendly management. Cons: shared water bill is a RIP-OFF, maintenance requests are not properly fixed and not responded to in a timely manner, grounds are often litter-clad, parking is horrendous, incredibly out-dated interiors which makes for a terribly inefficient household. Circa 1970's appliances. I can't even change my A/C filter because the maintenance geniuses painted it shut before I moved in.
