New Management is really bad and rude

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Since the new management has taken over this place became really bad. This new guys dont know how to talk and how to take care of problems. I am staying here since 1.5 years and was parking to lot assigned to me and recently someone else started parking at my lot and when I told them they said you find any empty spot and park there. How the heck I know if other parking spot is empty or not. Moreover they said we are reassigning the parking so you will get new parking spot and till now I have not got anything from them. Moreover they said that we will send you some feedback form that what you want here to improve and we get it and gave the feedback but nothing happend.
