Vintage at Scottsdale

So quiet and clean, going to miss the Vintage From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Believe the positive reviews, this place is excellent. Soooo quiet, in general, and clean, the air even smells nice! Unless you're unlucky enough to have stereo-blasting, partying neighbors, I think you'll like it here. The only reason we're moving is my new job is in Chandler. Mostly singles, professionals, some elderly, a few young couples with kids, but not too many kids or families. It's a small complex, parking isn't too much of an issue, you get one assigned spot and there are plenty of uncovered spots. The apartments are HUGE, great value for the money! Appliances are relatively new, work fine, washer/dryer a plus. It's very safe, not just the complex, but the area, I haven't seen any questionable people. There is a grocery store, two pharmacies, restaurants, gas station, bank, and gym all within walking distance with no worries, and tons more shopping within driving distance. I highly recommend the Vintage if you're moving to North Scottsdale.
