In the beginning things were ok, until the night we moved in and our AC went out, in the middle of summer and the maitenance man showed up DRUNK! We made several complaints to management... Amazingly enough, everytime we called emergency maintenance the same man came over drunk... Plus, we always had a hard time getting him to the apt. Once he was there is was excuse after excuse...He always told us, reaking of alcohol, "there's nothing I can do tonight (gave some sort of excuse: I don't have my tools)I'll have to fix it tomorrow." He never came back any of the occasions! This continued every now and again... 3 girls living alone, it's a little scary when a drunk man comes to "fix" things and instead, leans against the wall and stares into the bedrooms. YEP... it's true. The office ladies were NEVER polite and could care less about any complaints we made. There were other trivial issues every apt has (parking stinks), but the kicker to this all was we ended up with a serious mold problem in 2 bedrooms. We ended up having to go to corporate because Terry and Danuta (I'm sure I spelled her name wrong) didn't do anything about it. We were told, "Oh, we can paint over it for you..." Keep in mind, the mold came from the AC that broke multiple times and the drunk maintenance man fixed it. Eventually after long negotiations, we were able to break our lease 2 months early with no penalties... Only because we had to get corprate involved... No thanks to the "lovely" office staff. And lastly, they both live in the complex and one has a giant dog that barks 24-7. Corprate great... Management HORRIBLE!
