We moved into this apartment because the grounds were beautiful and the price for the location was unbeatable. We have a three bedroom and we were very happy until our dryer stopped working. We called in service repairs 3 times and they tried to fix the dryer three times before telling us we needed a new one. Our dryer broke two weeks ago and we still have not received the new one yet. To make matters worse, our air conditioning keeps breaking down. The actual air conditioner unit itself runs but the air wont travel through the vents to the house. They have been here twice so far to "fix" it only to have it break down hours after they leave. Today when I called I was told to page them and maybe they would make it out today. Meanwhile I work at home and I am sweating to death and miserable in this heat. PLEASE do not rent from the vintage! The prices are low but its for a reason. You definitely get what you pay for. Our kitchen was also infested with ants which we saw the first day we moved in along with over a dozen spiders in all the window sills and corners of the house. WONDERFUL! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
