Yeah the customer service is horrible but whenever I need something repaired they show right up and fix it .....The maintenance men are really nice It's just the front office people that are really on some mean meds.......But you never see them so its fine with me.....The main problem this place has is they b arely turn the unit I had drty crud undewr my stove and a few other things that bothered me but my wife cleaned up real well and its not too bad here especially for 900 bux a month in N scottsdale what do you expect........The grounds are well kept and beautiful with little bunnies running all over the plkace ......I do have one problem though it seems my upstairs neighbor either goes bowling up there or has a wrestling ring becuz they never shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1definitl;ey get a 3 rd level unit
