Terrible over priced apartments

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I live here for 2 yrs. It;s worst now with new managment. They do not care. The gated communtity gates are always opened. Alot of bad people drive in at all hours. The rent is high too. The new manger does not even care, I even over heard her say that to a employee on site. Thats a joke. Once you move in.And when your lease is up. They jack up the price hard. I am paying $800.00 for a 1 bedroom.
