Neighbors are great, Leasing Office Staff is friendly, pool area is kept nice, love being in a gated community. Dislike the amount of dog feces around property and smell it brings. Dislike the lack of upkeep in gated dog area.

My experience has been overall good at Visconti. The unit was updated, spacious, and comparatively well priced. Maintenance is responsive, however could not perform work because they did not have a copy of unit key to access

Idyllic location. Apartment buildings from 1980, decent insulation, kind neighbors, well-maintained amenities. The kitchen layout varies from unit to unit, with some being relatively unmodified from original construction, to most having granite countertops.

Apartments are very old, but affordable. Neighbors until recently were great but now downstairs neighbors are very loud and their dogs bark a lot during the day. Staff and maintence staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I think there are some benefits to living in this community. However, the price tag does not match the quality of the living quarters as well as amenities. Part of me regrets choosing this complex to live in.
