Staff are friendly and polite, and it's a safe area.
Cons:
Cheap broken-down appliances, a bland "motel room-like" feel, and you can hear your upstairs neighbors as though you're only separated by a few layers of cardboard. Also, for 1100 sq. ft.

Go Elsewhere Management is very rude and assumes you are a bad risk right from the start. She must be miserable on the inside because she is miserable on the outside. Maintenance was good though (when needed). Parking is a long way from apartment. Washer/dryer was run down, inefficient.
