LANDLORD FROM HELL - I had to get out of Shadowbrook Apartments because Jason is the worst landlord I've ever had. He allows people that don't live there to have parties every Saturday and most Sunday nights in the "gym" that has no equipment. Wow! The landlord is a drunk crook. When something breaks, he tells you to pay someone to fix it! When we met him he was drunk. He warned us against coming by his office because we might catch him at a bad time and start yelling at us. I'm sure you think I'm kidding. Sorry friends
