it sucks- i told them 2 months in advance and gave a 100.00 dep to set up an apt for me and my family , they not only gave my apt to someone else (after i had utilities turned on) , but showed me a dirty apartment with no toilet seat, and a razor on the floor,, when i returned for my deposit back this old man told me no,, i am military and was only there for 4 months, by the time i filed the paperwork for a dispute with the courts and he wouldnt respond, i was out 200.00 i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. and i do my best to tell everyone i know about it,, i am returning to AZ and will continue my lawsuit if i havent exceeded the deadline.. i ended up at the OASIS and it was wonderful
