I moved into Casa de la Sierra due to short term military orders and a lot of the apartments in town were taken. At first, the place seemed nice because of the size and price of the apartment. They would also let me our of my lease due to a military clause. When I moved in, I noticed the that stove has burnt and dirty. The refrigerator had mold in it. I went back to the rental office to get something done and no one would help me at all. Finally, the property manager had to come out well past duty hours to get the matter taken care of. She was not happy because her staff said that the stove wasn't dirty and that they didn't notice the mold in the refrigerator. I am only at this place because the good apartments in town are all taken and I needed to get into something fast. I wouldn't recommend it!

Honestly I have lived in these apartments for two years.. at first yes like the other person said they were nice.. But as time went by ive notice that things just werent the right way.. They advertise two heated pools which one usually is always broken the other always dirty. Then the advertise two spas which are never hot.. Our care care center has a hose.. Big whoop.. basket ball courts that are crapy and where is the volleyball court?.. Our ramadas are in the pool area which you cant eat in so whats the point of the ramada. The BBQ grills are broken about to fall over.. Then when it comes to our apartment our oven didnt even work but they didnt do anything bout that till we moved in a new apartment so i wasnt able to bake anything. We had bugs galore that they said would be taken care of.. but all they pest guy did was spay one wall so i had to go buy lots of spray and after three months of spraying finally got rid of them. So if people ask me what i think of the place.. Dont think it your stuck no matter what.. If you try to leave the APTS.. They will find charges to charge you like they did me..
