I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years. I absolutely loved it for the first year. During that time two different management/leasing staffs went thru there...after which ------ and ----- ----- took over...

Long story short, I lived in two different apts while there. The second one had extensive damage from previous tenants. You could see that the front door had clearly been kicked in at one point in time, as you could see light all the way around it and there was damage to the frame. I took pictures of the damage and reported it on the move-in checklist.

------ and ----- weren't the managers at the time I transferred into the second apt. And they either discarded the pictures taken and documentation of the damage or they are just -------s. Because now almost 3 years after moving out of the apt, they are trying to get $500 plus out of me for the front door damage.

How desperate are you for money'!

That is so true!!!! I am taking them to court, so they better not try to do that to me. Come to think of it, I better get the digital camera out right now!!!!

Just in case you need character reference for them. They actually stole my property and are still trying to get $1200 out of me.I remember the last manager. She told me she had to leave due to a brain tumor. It is sad that all the hard work she put in to that place was undone so quickly. By the way Itplus5 they said they didn't break the door a previous tenant did.
