Rented here while buying a house. when I moved out they charged me over the price of the deposit, very shady. Realize that the non refundable deposit covers nothing. The security deposit though they say is refundable, I would like to meet someone who has received it back. When I called the office to get reciepts of the 'damages that were fixed the manager was very rude and said to call back. When I called back she laughed in a fake 'movie' laugh and said she was going to change my moveout paper to say I didn't give 30-days notice even though she signed and said I had then she hung up. When i called back she threatened to call the police and file a restraining order even though I am calling for business only. Same stuff different tennant.

As a property manager in this community, I have been receiving a lot of former residents from both Casa de la Sierra and from Vista de la Sierra. All of these people have come in with basically the same story, new management is rude and unprofessional. They also have stated that they feel that the crime rate for these two communities have risen. We have rented to some of these former residents and have not had any problem with any of them. They have paid their rent timely and, when my maintenance workers have entered the apartment for work orders, they have stated that there has been no damage and the residents have maintained clean apartments. Considering the stories for these former residents all match up and that none of them appear to know each other, the gratefulness they have shown for the responses that we give them, PLUS the pictures I have seen of the apartments at move-in and move-out, I'd have to side with your former residents. Your former residents also find it amazing that while your communities in-house managed, no one can obtain the name of the owner.

Who owns these two complexes? I know the manager was asked/confronted as to who owns them and she replied she did. She meaning Mrs. T. If we need to write and complain to someone higher up we will never get the name and address of the owners if we got the type of reponses like that from management. All I know about the owners is that is a company in Tucson, i dont remember the name.
