I have lived at Casa de la Sierra Apartments for well over 7 years. I have seen alot of managers come and go. Yes the rents get raised, but so does the minimum wage!!! Thats life, all complexes do it. I absolutly LOVE my home. And now that pets are accepted I have a new friend to enjoy it with me. The managers are very helpful and nice and the maintenance staff are very curtious and quick. Ofcorse over 7 years I have placed work orders an they have always been very good at resolving all of the issues. The grounds are beautiful (see picture) and they are now painting all the buildings. When ever I have a problem with a neighbor, the girls in the office are quick to handle it. I read alot of complaints and I truly find them hard to believe. I love the management. They are quick to get rid of any problem tenants and what is wrong with that...really' I would and have highly recommened this community to several people most of which still live here and are very happy! Personnaly I believe if you follow the rules and don't destroy anything, you should be okay.
