Speaking as a former tenant at casa I must agree with most of the reviews. First, Yes people do get move in reports to fill out, HOWEVER if you do not return them to the office within 24hours they are null and void. Besides the owners can make up whatever they want on your move out report and there is nothing that you can do. I lived there in an apartment by myself for 2 months left the apartment spotless and was still charged my entire security deposit for drip pans. When I moved out I moved in with a roomate at the same complex. When we moved out, again I left the apatment spotless and was still charged for things that were made up on the move out report. Then when we recieved our check from our security deposit NO MOVE OUT REPORT WAS INCLUDED, when I guestioned this and sent a certified letter I was told that yes I did receive a move out report and they sent another copy ( CONVENIENT). Cops are always there, I have personally seen indiecent acts perfomred in the pool, most of the complex is a flood hazard, so when the monsoons come watch out! One resident had a crack in her foundation and all sorts of bugs coming in her apartment and nothing was done to fix this except gluing down the carpet (BIG DEAL) that will stop nothing.
