I have lived at Casa de la Sierra for 3 years and have seen many changes, from office staff to maintenance and grounds staff. There were some time there that when ground needs to be attended to and I was told very short on ground keepers and that problem was taken care of within a week and the ground look very nice now. Many changes in office staff and I believe the new crew is fabulous. The only reason I am moving is because my family needs me back on the east coast. I have enjoyed my stay and will be refering anyone I come across that is moving to this area to please come check out Casa de la Sierra apartments.

This was written by the landlord who is new and thinks she has a clue as to what she is doing. Casa de la Sierra, as well as Vista de la Sierra, are a joke among the city of Sierra Vista. Mention the complex names and 9 times out of 10 you will get a negative reaction...steer clear, I lived there and have lived in the town for 13 years. Their reputation is terrible.

I absolutely Agree. The new manager is clueless on how to run this complex. She wants to pretend that she knows what she is doing, when really things have gone way down. If you are her freind she will give you a job!! And thats not saying much. Our taxes are paying her rent (HUD) while she makes good money.
