I've lived here at Casa De La Sierra since Feb of 09 and I haven't had any problems yet. We had our share of mishaps in the apartment as far as appliance wise, but when we put the work order in we got them done quickly.
The deluxe two bedroom suite is nice and good for the price. That's what my husband and I think. The only thing really to complain about is the walk in closet in the master bedroom. It could be a little bit bigger.
Another thing is the crime. Since we been here we seen a lot of police officers in the complex and wonder why there's so much crime in this small complex.
The staff is pretty well mannered and never had any of them been rude to myself or my husband. Seems helpful and concerned about their residents.
We probably would rent here again, but are unsure about the crime rate here. If I was recommend this to someone I'd suggest renting the deluxe two bedroom suite only because I don't know what the other apartments are like.
