I live in a studio apt in Falcon Court Apts. I thought it was not a bad price at $470 and its in a pretty good area. After moving in I changed my mind. Both the kitchen and bathroom sinks leak and drip. I live on the second floor & there is not one place you can step w/o a loud and annoying creek. When moving in I notice the front door would stick when opening it and it was hard to close all the way. I reported it to management that day and about 3 or 4 days later i came home and there was a larger hole dug on the frame of the door so it didnt stick, well now it if you twist the knob the door comes unlocked and it has to stay locked or the wind can push it open.
