How can anyone be proud to bring friends over to this dump. I have had several problems with the AC in my apt, and maint. didn't fix it. It leaked on all of my guests and I could never have anyone else there. The manager is a nasty old lady who smokes and has her friends around outside of the office and they smoke and smell really bad, why would you what that kind of person renting you an apartment, plus she is never there.

The other people who live here are loud, and loiter. There are some men who creepily are always watching people at the pool. The thug gangs hang on the basketball court, and hang around the cars also. I had someone vomit on my car, and how disgusting is that! This place is not worth 800..maybe $500 max.

Bottom line this place is bad, don't waste your time, and get caught!
