I lived at this apt. complex for years. It was a great community for my childen with a large courtyard, green grass, large playground, and full basketball court right in the middle of the complex. Having a choice to pay for overhead parking and assuring myself a place to park was nice. The grounds are gorgeous, more trees and landscaping than any other complex. It was close to the base and in a good location. On occassion, the younger people around can be loud and ave parties, but talking to them solved the problem. I loved it there and my children will always remember the place as their favorite apartments so far. As far as the noise, it is an apt. and not a house. You have to get used to it or get your own house.
