Staff was the most inviting out of all the Sierra Vista apartments I've looked at. Whenever I have a question, I go to them to ask and they are extremely polite & answer in plain English.
Maintenance is great; just a call away. One time I had a pool in my patio and was stuck in my apartment. I called the office and they stopped whatever they were doing to fix the problem. I was saved! They even have good team work with the other complexes under the company.
Sure, I can hear the military guys upstairs, but that should be expected because 1.) they are military and 2.) it's in an APARTMENT. It's not like these buildings were constructed yesterday! I also think it is not fair to blame the office staff for noise that OTHER people make. Go to the people yourself and speak kindly, problem solved.
My neighbors are very friendly and do not mind my dog barking every once in a while. My dog is even happy. This is the first place she has lived where she hasn't chewed up the carpet.
Parking is fine. There is a handicap space just outside my apartment which is sufficient enough for my roommate's disabled father when he comes to visit. Sometimes I may have to park my car a few spots down, but many people have more than one vehicle. This should also be expected. I have the option of a covered parking spot if I wish to pay a little bit extra.
