It is not where you want to spend a year. Looks are not what they seem. We moved here without seeing the place and it looked great online, and we were told great things and how it was so perfect. Then we got here to this little closet sized two bedroom. We are not getting our money worth for the space we have. On top of that the amount you have to pay to rent the furniture. They give you a military discount but then add all these other things into your rent for the utilites they say are included which in the end you are really paying for anyway. There really is no grace period for your rent. Don't run into hard times or not have it on the first because they will turn on you and you will get hit with more late charges than I have ever seen any place charge ever. I have lived in bigger and better places that were more caring and accepting of people that need a day or two to get the money together. The AC only blows in the living room and so does the heat. You can hear everyone elses tvs around you which is to be expected of an apartment, but they could at least insulate the windows better so the cold/hot stays in or out. the pool, tennis court, and playground is very outdated I haven't seen wood playground equipment since I was a kid. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

well, then you are blessed. i tried to expain my situation and instead of being willing to help me out they put a notice on my door. they didnt hand it to me while i was in the office they waited and came and stuck in on my door. i tried to work something out and they said they cant work anything out they dont do that. so again you are blessed. and the discount we get isnt as much as we pay for the furniture.

You have to look on their side also. They probably also have to get them $ or their boss on their case about it. I know at my job ( I collect $ at a doctors office) if we don??????t get at least a payment then I have my boss on my case. That??????s how life is! Either you pay your bills or you??????re screwed. They have to work to make money for their families just like you and me. Yeah there is stuff that needs to be worked on but show one apartment complex that doesn??????t.
