The police come all the time! I have neighbors who do drugs. Everything gets vandalized from your car to your apartment. No one cares. The police said that they really won't do anything about it because it is a bad location with white trash and if you don't like the bad stuff, just move.
The walls of the apartment are non-existent. I know when my neighbors use the bathroom and every facet of their personal life. Lucky for me, I have some interesting neighbors.
The apartments all smell musty, moldly, or something. You have to use air fresh plug-ins in every room. If you don't, you will struggle to breath because it is awful. Oh, and if you have a neighbor who smokes, your apartment will reak of old smoke.
If something breaks, be prepared to call a lot. These guys don't know how to fix things and will track black stuff through your apartment. Finally, when you get sick of calling, you deal with the broken stuff because it isn't worth fighting with managament over it.
To be honest, it is better to spend a little extra money and live in a nicer location than to attempt to save $100 each month only to have to figure out how to pay for your car to be repainted/re-windowed/re-fixed from vandalism or how to replace all of the items stolen from your apartment because it isn't that hard to break into them.
If you decide to move here, be careful when walking to your car at night. There are a lot of interesting subjects meandering in the parking lot. It is only a matter of time before someone is raped or murdered in that parking lot. Then maybe the police and management will begin to care.
