I've been here just over a week and am not very impressed with the facilities here. The grounds are pretty and remind me of home, the apartments are older, small, and run down. The rent is cheap. But thus far, in one week, out front door locks have been changed because of suspected vandalism. Our hot water heater gives us about 10 minuyes of hot water- thats it. We were told the hot water heater would be replaced- when it goes out completely. Our mail box was jammed. The washers in the laundry unit wouldnt start. The base board heater in my son's room was broken and the maintence person thought the unit had been vandalized by a disgruntled former employee. When we asked for a copy to our apartment key they asked for $10. (walmart- 82 cents...) Problems are fixed quickly. The office staff is friendly and respond promtly to complaints. But the run down condition of the place completely overshadows every good thing about this place.
