I just moved from Las Brisas and rented a house. I didn't move because of the community but because I had other family members move in and we just needed something bigger. I loved living there. I thought that the office staff were fabulous! They took care of things and were very friendly but didn't intrude on our privacy. Maintenance was great. If you had to wait for something to be fixed thy were probably just waiting for a part. Things got fixed and taken care of which I really liked. When my family moves, I would definitely move back there. I think they are the best bet in town, good staff, good maintenance, nice property and good upkeep.
