Hi, I've lived at Las Brisas apartments for 2 years. I was supposed to relocate back to Tucson but decided to move to Montego Bay for a few months before making that move, just as a change of pace. The thing is, even though this is already happening, I have a feeling I'll regret it. Nothing against Montego Bay, but the staff at Las Brisas is really nice. I had a problem with a loud neighbor, too, but Cheryl even gave me her personal number to call if it became too extreme. When the maintenance staff came to fix my sink, they not only fixed the drip that I had filed an order for, they also made it so the sink could be moved from side to side (even though I had not mentioned this as it wasn't a big deal to me). They always save my UPS packages for me--that may not sound like anything important as a lot of complexes do this, but Janice and Cheryl always let me know when I have a package, unlike the UPS guy, who doesn't put a notice on my door. Anyway, I really recommend this place. It's very safe and the management is the best.

ps--Janice is an animal lover, so she'll make sure your pets don't run out if you have maintenance come to your house while you're not there. A HUGE plus for me!
