I am not sure about the other apartments, but I have a HUGE problem with cockroaches; I usually kill 2-3 large ones per day. I also had a scorpion (ALIVE!!) on my kitchen floor last summer. I had a mouse living in the kitchen this past winter as well. I am a very clean person and this has not helped keep the bugs away. I live on the first floor and noise had been a huge problem. A lot of military people live here and while some are very nice, others are extremely loud and think they are the only people who live here. A lot of them get up at 4am for PT and are very loud as they make their way to their cars. A lot of them will walk right next to my window at odd hours (2am) talking on the cell phone in a very loud voice. This does change depending on if the group here is respectful of the rest of us or not. Management does nothing about the noise even though they say they will. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

The apartment complex is built on a cockroach farm. Very tramatic experience. Had a ---- a roach in my bed, many HUGH cocka roches in the light fixtures, kitchen and in the bathtub. Had to keep water in the bathtub so cockaroaches would not come threw the bathtub drain. These cockaroaches was so huge I was afraid to go near them. I capture these bugs by placing a bowl on top of them left it stay until terminated. Management was aware of the bug problem and said "This is Arizona" I could not break my lease, I still have chills when I think about this awful living condition I endured. I will never live there or Arizona again.
