First off, these other complaints are crazy and we haven't ever had those problems.

We have been here since March 06. We are in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The major plus is having a washer and dryer in the UNIT. Size mattered to us also lots of other places we looked at had SMALL sq footage. It's very quiet here the noise that I have ever heard has come from the pool area where the noise should be.

The only bugs we have had are flys and moths that sneak in the door when u are coming and going.

The majority of the residents that we have met are retired folks & military.

Maintance has fixed our sink and dishwasher no problems since. They give free lightbulbs and filters for the AC.

It's in a good location to post and to shopping even tho this area is relatively small anyway.

Don't let those negative comments keep u from checking it out, I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone. It's a very attractive complex and always clean. Covered parking stalls too.
