I moved into this complex in May of 2008. I moved here from Tennessee and was concerned about selecting an apartment sight unseen. I've very pleased with the outcome. Aside from the design of the floor plan - the living room is too small because the breakfast bar between the kitchen and living room is too large and cuts into the living room area. The family next door have two small children and I hardly ever hear them. Having the washer and dryer in the unit is a super plus.
