Unfortunately the previous review that I had read concerning this establishment was correct. Since I am new to the area I attempted to inquire about safe living areas in the city from the employee Bill who was working at the leasing office because he was unable to accomodate my requested leasing date of arrival. The employees attitude was very sarcastic and indifferent. I stongly suggest that your organization improve the overall quality of your service by using a recorded message in lieu of this inexperienced and inhospitable employee.

The establishments appearance on the internet was impressive however the service was seriously lacking. I do not live at this unit.

I lived at Mountain Stepped for a year and Bill does not deserve to be treated with such disrespect. Like many people in a customer service setting, Bill has a lot in his head. Give them a break and try not to let your anxiety of the situation dictate how you feel about the person or their service.
