I have been living here for almost two years now. The grounds are beautiful and it is a wonderful neighborhood. I have read the other reviews and I personally have found Bill to be the most polite and easy-to-deal with employee in the office. The rent is alittle high for Sierra Vista, and the apartments aren't new. They need more washers and dryers. But overall it's a great place to live.
