I came here as a TDY resident, and I feel like I have been fleeced. My dishwasher didn't work for a month and everything is old and falling apart. We also had a mouse problem and they gave us a hard time with it, just giving us 2 traps and covering up one hole, using OUR kitchen knife as a putty knife! We waited a week and a half for the exterminator to come, but he didn't do anything either. We had to kill it ourselves. Our toilets needed to be "fixed" three times. The wood on our balcony is rotted and was growing mushrooms when we arrived. We have not had a decent night's sleep because of the lame mattresses. Our neighbors were smoking pot once and we called the after hour manager who didn't want to deal with it so they told us to just call the police. Also, how attractive is green carpet' It seems like they put all their improvement money into landscaping and try to scrape by with the minimum possible to keep the residents marginally happy.
