sick of it after a while

This was my first apartment so I appreciated it in the beginning. After a while it got old. The carpet was very nasty, extrememely dirty. The whole place wasn't clean when we moved in . My family and I cleaned it ourselves, from scrubbing walls, and blinds to cleaning toilets and getting about 3 inches of dirt off the ceiling fan. The maintenence is efficient, and the manager Dean is very friendly, but the asst. manager Terri has her days (most bad). Overall I would try to look for something better. It's not worth the rent.
