We stayed here for about 6 months in a furnished 2 bed/2 bath apartment. It was the only place that would accept pets that was furnished, so it was our only option. The furniture was okay, standard apartment fare, but the couches were pretty dirty, as well as the carpet and blinds. The walls are very thin, we could hear the downstairs neighbors any time they had music or tv blaring. My biggest complaint is that they never fix anything, I'd have to call several times before they would come and fix something, and in the last few months they didn't come to fix the things I'd call for, and I just stopped trying because it was more work than it was worth!!! Also, during the monsoon season, we had water damage in our bedroom- water stain on ceiling and water leaked in the wall so that it was bubbled out- it's obviously been a problem before because you can see where they just patched it up!!! I'd hate to think how much mold is growing in the walls!!!! All in all, I wouldn't recommend them unless you had no other choice- and don't be bought in by the good looks of the grounds- very deceiving!!!!

The apartments have serious mold issues. The mold has been tested and found to be of the most serious kind. The owner refuses to do anything about it. When renters move out, the mold gets painted over or patched. Mold doesn't go away by itself, people.
