When i arrived to arizona i was 7 1/2 mo pregnant. i was tired of staying in on post lodging so we ended up moving into the oasis. it was the only apartment complex that had an opening with the amount of space that we needed. the carpet was dirty but overall it seem like a good place until we got neighbors. the walls are very, very thin. you could hear everything. when it started raining we had our roof leak into our bedroom. i went and told the manager and she told me to put a bucket under it because it was after hours and there was nothing they could do. it took them a long time to come fix the roof. we were already in the process of moving out before they came to even LOOK at the roof. we found better apartments at Port Royale. to me they are worth the money. if you can look around some more before you agree to move into the oasis.

Management is unresponsive because the owner won't let them do anything about the leaks or mold problem. All of the buildings leak. Many have sever mold issues. Nothing will be done about the problems and renters have no recourse, other than to move.

Well first things first the Manager is not a woman it is a guy DUH!
