Port Royale has been home for almost 2 years. At first it was a nice place to live. Managment(Essie) kept this place running smooth. She enforced the dog polocy and which meant you did not step in dog crap when you walk out of your door. Dog owners are nasty people who let their dogs deficate and urinate where ever they please and do not clean it up. Essie made sure this was not an issue and promoted a clean apartment complex. The new management he is less concerned. He seems to not care so much for the complex. This place is getting dirtier by the day. I am not as happy here as I once was and we are moving. We live on the bottom floor and you hear everything your upstair neighbors are doing. It is not worth the money. The $100.00 fee you have to pay up front is a sham. You do not even get it back. For when it comes to moving out they charge you for every little crack or scrape. They also make you detail the apartment. This WAS a nice place to live, but not under the new management. Parking is terrible. The rules are not inforced. This is a waste of money and not worth the headaches.

I was there two years up until a few days ago, and I really liked it. Essie is still there, and the management is fine. You are referring to Daniel, who was always very friendly and helpful with me. The place is not getting dirtier and the parking rules are enforced. Whenever I had a problem with parking, Essie gave me a notice to put on people's cars that they would be towed, and then people stopped parking in my place. I know Port Royale is a little overpriced, but I thought it was worth every penny.
