At first the apartments seemed okay, the view of the mountains sold us, and we're on the second floor. We moved into a newly built complex, and you would think they wouldn't move people in unless it was finished right' Wrong! The first problem that arose was when we got cable, all the cable holes were covered in plaster, so they had to drill multiple holes in the living room to find it, and we also had three cables that weren't suppose to run in our apartment, so for a day the cable guy was trying to figure it out, then maintenance ask me to clean up the mess!! Second problem here is parking, they don't have enough spots! Since we are in the new complex we don't have assigned spots, so when its full and you park anywhere else you get a letter from managements threatening to tow you! Third problem we had was they didn't finished the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom (looked fine to me), and so they took all of our cabinet doors, and drawers and dumped all of our stuff on top of the counter top, we were lucky to get our cabinets back by the next day, but some of the other residents here didn't get theirs back for a few days. So if you want to move here, don't move into the newly built complexes.
