OH SURE, FROM THE OUTSIDE BEAUTY & GATED COMMUNITY YOU THINK YOU HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE!!!! BUT I PERSONALLY MOVED MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW INTO THESE COSTLY/DIRTY APT'S & HAD TO TAKE 5HRS TO CLEAN-THEY DID NOT FULLY REPAINT THE APT. ONLY DID IN PATCHES/OR WHAT THEY NEEDED-
NOT ONLY ARE THEY VERY EXPENSIVE-BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY ALL YOUR OTHER UTILITIES SEPARATE-(WATER, ELEC, CABLE, PHONE) & FOR A SMALL 2BEDROOM, ELECTRIC RAN $150 PER MONTH & THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON/NEVER THERE IN THE PLACE.............
SO MY ADVICE-DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
