The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors. You can hear when they turn the garbage disposal and washing machine.
There is only one parking reserved per apartment. There isn't much you can do when some one parks there.
The managers aren't proactive. They don't follow protocols when a fellow neighbor violates community rules.
Their security isn't the best. About two months ago, someone broke into the manager's office and stole access keys throughout the complex.
Just take a walk around and see that half the place is vacant. It speaks for itself. People are moving out of here.

I just want to point out that they replaced all those people's locks within 24 hours without any cost to the tenant. And look around any apartment complex in town - there are more than an average of vacancies because this is a military town!! Everyone seems to come and go.
