These apartments are pretty much the nicest ones in town. They must know this because they'll get you on the cost of the apartment. When I walked into my 2 bedroom apartment I said, nice but boy this is small!

We made it work for six months here while we casually looked for other properties. I would recommend looking into buying or renting a house if you are going to be around for a year or more.

There is a scarcity of 3 bedroom apartments all over Sierra Vista, and P.R. is no different. When our lease was nearly up I went down to look into a 3 bedroom but there are none coming availible any time soon. That isn't their fault really, just how it is in a military town this small!

As far a management, they're ok. They don't really bother us. I wouldn't say they are extremely helpful or courteous, but they get the job done. We lucked out on neighbors for the first 5 months...this month has been a little different but still ok.

If you want to cut the noise, request a top floor apartment.

Also, do not be afraid of bugs! We had cockroaches pretty frequently and moths and spiders. They will come and spray if you let them know...again, just part of living in the desert.
