The best thing about this place is the maintenance people. They're nice and will try to make sure things get taken care of.
The office is very friendly when taking a long time for things. Be prepared to hear about how hard their job/life is as the reason they can't get anything done.
They will add your work orders to the pile on their desk, so be prepared to wait (unless you personally ask the maintenance group).They do not accept a lot of your postal packages, the security system was installed but never got working while I was there, there was never enough hot water, the walls are thin and I could often hear babies crying telephones ringing and couples before going to bed, and the neighborhood behind the complex is the worst in Sierra Vista.
But, the maintenance people definitely make up for a lot of it.
