the apartment was dirty when I moved in because I dont think the cleaning/maintenance staff knew I was moving in so early. The hot tub and pool are heated and always clean. When something goes down, the maintenance staff are on it. Of course you can hear your neighbors, these are apartments. But the neighbors try to be very considerate.

The only problem I have seen is that the electric bill is $70-$110 dollars and I do not use much - I dont even turn on the heat or air conditioning. My downstairs neighbor is paying $100/month electric bill. My three bedroom, two bath house two blocks away was barely 2/3rd of that price with a swamp cooler running constantly - So, I think there are some problems there, but that's it.

The apartments have storage units on site if you can get one - or get on the waiting list for one, and then you wont have to pay for off-site storage. I saw 5 x 10s and 10 x 15s, but I havent looked at the other quads on the site and their storage.

I have two cats and I pay $15 per month per cat for the apartment - plus the $300 deposite for them initially. The carpeting in the apartment is light cream colored berber, so it is easy to clean with cats and cheap enough to replace if necessary.
