The management is constantly changing and is always incompetent. We struggled with clerical errors, which were never in our favor. We had a leak in our ceiling and it took three to four months to get it fixed after being blown off several times. Everything in the apartment seems outdated and drives the electric bill up pretty bad, our air conditioner had a coolant leak and they said they were going to wait until after we moved out before they fixed it, even after several requests for them to do so. We had the tires from out bikes stolen while locked up there, gun shots heard at times. The security guard is an older overweight gentelman who doesn't even get out of his car, he just parks in in the handicap spot for five minutes and drives away. The hot tub jets broke while we were there and never got fixed even after it was brought up several times. The play area was always dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. The laundry facilities are rediculous in price. The walls are so thin in the complex that you can hear your neighbors while they are casually talking, they don't even have to be yelling. The covered parking roof blew off during the windy season and damaged some cars. I really do not recommend these apartments.
