Well, there are certainly worse places in Sierra Vista (Fry Town'), but I still wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who isn't a gangsta. We've had neighbors kicked out because they were obnoxious thugs who stand out on the balcony and shout at people, only to be replaced by loud, obnoxious, new neighbors who also stand out on the balcony and shout at people. I can hear at least one neighbor's television at all hours of the night and can hear people talking in the apartment behind mine at 4:30 am. Hey, I've bought a white noise machine to no avail.

And I live on the outskirts of the complex; I can only imagine the noise level when you're smothered by Vista de la Sierra apartments. Plus, these apartments are just getting old; the paint is peeling and lumpy from so many patched-up holes in the walls and the place just has a dingy-feeling that no amount of Chlorox and vaccuming will get rid of.

Now, it's not all bad: it certainly is cheap and one of our neighbors is actually a really sweet girl... but I wouldn't say that those two things are worth the lack of sleep that I've been getting listening to my neighbors all night.

Did you ever try asking your neighbors to turn their TV down or just quiet down some? They just may not know you can hear them.
