Happy to be here I've lived here for several years and I like it. Brandy and Yvette are always doing nice things for us to do, like parties and games. The maintenance guys fix whatever i need pretty fast. The apartments and grass areas always look beautiful. I will definitely be staying

A Nightmare of Noise The units were built not only on a busy highway, but right next to a major rail-line. At night, the jets go overhead from the local AFB bearing down hard as they prepare to land.
A horrendous amount of noise for a complex that NEVER should have been built on that

After 10 years at The Fountains, I do not think I'll be renewing my lease in the fall. Last year, our manager of 8 years left. We all miss the sense of family she gave to us. We miss her professionalism and her caring about the complex and the renters. The new "manager"
