There was alot of trouble at move in. Apt not clean, dirty carpets. I cleaned for 5 straight hours. put in a work order at move in and never heard back from anyone. Nothing major, toilet runs faucet not on properly. There is a major dog poop problem on the property. Everywhere you go, sidewalks walkways even in the parking lot. No one picks it up, either. Funny seeing they charge pet rent. I guess it doesn't go towards cleaning. Just a way to make a couple of extra bucks it seems. Children play outside with no adult supervision, climbing all over parked cars, grills and even in trees. I can't wait to buy a house because I'm tired of living with other people. The pool is nice. The apt. itself is not the ugliest place i've ever seen, just not as clean and nice as the model. They show you all the things you want to see. Not worth the rent, pay the little extra and go to some of the other places that I hear are very nice and clean. Like West Point. If you decide to come and look, ask the office staff that is walking with you and walk the walkways and ask about all the nasty dog crap, and why no one ever cleans it, maybe it won't gross you out, but there's nothing worse that sitting on the balcony on a beautiful night staring out at a pile of dog crap!!! Not to mention it is a health hazard if it dries up and blows around. Good Luck!! Hopefully you will find a great apartment.
