It wasn't so bad... but now...

Well we moved in with a great deal... but things are slowly going down hill. Larry was a good maintenance guy, most of the time he worked alone and had to take care of the entire complex himself! So I can understand some things getting backed up. But now for some reason they fired him...' That may be a forshadowing of hard times to come.
Every day a little more ghetto infests this place, possibly due to lack of the same restrictions on renters as before. I believe the management became desperate a while back when only about half of the apartments were filled. (But of course when a pro baseball team stayed during Spring Training the place lookd great.)
Oh and I have to mention there is one idiot working in the office. Don't know her name but lets just say she's a few fries short of a happy meal. If you go through her to pay rent, GET A RECEIPT. She may lose it.
Other than that, I love the parking (always covered spots open and never assigned), the grounds still look decent, and the pool and playground are great for the kids. When Larry was here, things got fixed pretty quick. Haven't had anything break yet now that he's gone so don't know how that will affect things.
Move in at your own risk...
